Kitchen
- You can use the kitchen facilities to prepare your own meals and you will have some fridge and cupboard space for your food
- Cooking equipment is available for you to use
- You must clean up after yourself and keep the kitchen clean and tidy
Guests
- You are welcome to have friends visit
- Overnight visitors are okay but this needs to be arranged in advance
Noise
- Noise (e.g. hairdryers, music) must be kept to a minimum before 7am and after 10.30pm
Rent
- Rent must always be paid on time
